DIM really took a big leap towards a more movie soundtrackish, ambient, but still DS in it's core with the production of Compendium II. I must admit that I prefer the more midi-esque first album, but this one's a solid great one nevertheless.
The last song "Landskein" is one of the finest instrumental ballads I've ever heard, which only proves the genius of it's creator. Bagofmeat
I've listened through this at least 6 times since I found it yesterday. The definition of great dungeon music. Perfectly nostalgic, moody, calm, yet menacing when it should be.
The ideal album for tales around the adventure party's fire at night, or a good dream filled nap on the couch. LurkMusick
